2. About Us
Heal Forward Initiative is a community-based initiative operating in downtown Calgary, Alberta. We are not a registered charity, registered nonprofit, or incorporated entity. We are a youth-led group operating on a grassroots basis to support people experiencing homelessness.
3. Use of This Website
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not: Use the Site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site. Use the Site to impersonate Heal Forward Initiative or misrepresent your affiliation with us. Submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site
4. Donations
Donations made through this Site are processed by Wix Payments. By making a donation, you acknowledge that: Heal Forward Initiative is not a registered charity with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). Donations are not tax-deductible, and no official tax receipts will be issued. All donations are voluntary and non-refundable, except where required by law. Funds will be used to support the programs and activities described on this Site
